So, you want to Meet The Artist, here I am, I have been an Artist for as long as I can remember under the name of JanD.

Drawing is my passion and I hope to share with you everything I can about my Artworks.

I love holidays, I always take lots of pictures while on holiday that I think would make good artworks for when I get home.

I don't have an artist studio as we don't have the room, but I do have a lovely desk where I do all my work.

Here I am sitting on a cruise ship eating cake and drinking coffee, what more could you ever want.

I live with my partner of 33 years in Essex, England, we are both very creative, we have 3d and Resin Printers, KJ does Airbrushing and I have a Diploma in Pet Portraits, we both love all animals and crafts, that's what this site is all about.

Drawing animals is so relaxing, over the years I have sold many Pet Portraits and paintings, there is a great satisfaction when the client is really happy with their artwork.

Plus we are both into many many crafts which I hope to share with you.

I have entered many exhibitions which is great fun to see your artworks up on the walls and people looking at them.

So, as well as selling a lot of Pet Portraits, I have taught classes to OAP's in our local Care Home which was great fun.

I made this website so I could help you in your Artist Journey, beginners or advanced it makes no difference, there will be something for everyone.

I will be drawing animals of all kinds, pets and wildlife and it's amazing just how many creatures are classed as animals.

I will be using Pan Pastels, Pastel Pencils, Colour Pencils and Graphite Pencils so there will be a good mixture of mediums.

As well as Art, we will be adding all the other crafts we do in the near future, so stick around for that.
